However, if for any reason you’re unhappy, Changed your mind? or you don’t like them when they arrive or they simply don’t match the outfit you bought them for, you have up to 14 days from receipt to return them to us. All we ask is that you send them back in the condition that you received them and in their original box to the address below.

We cannot take responsibility for goods in transit so we recommend that you choose a service that covers the value of your item. Use recorded delivery (1-3 days delivery) for any items up to the value of £36. For any goods over the value of £36 we recommend that you use special delivery (next day delivery) or Royal Mail Tracked service.

 Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods. The customer's return shipping costs cannot be refunded. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, or underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact.

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CDs or software which have been unsealed; magazines; or tailor-made / customised products). In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.

If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example 'buy 2 for £20.00') you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.

For combination purchases ("buy one, get one free" or "get the lowest priced item free"), you must return any free items or vouchers back for us to process a refund.

If you return a single item bought with a % off gift code, you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given. If you return multiple items purchased with a % off gift code, you will be refunded the full price of the items less the % discount. Any refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. No replacement gift code will be issued.

If we have made a mistake with an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning.
