UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail We use the premium Royal Mail Tracked service that allows you to view the progress of your parcel every step of the way.
International orders are dispatched by Royal Mail International Signed For which is forwarded on to your countries national postal service for local delivery. Orders exceeding 2kg in weight will be shipped by either UPS or DHL
Speed of Delivery
Please allow 2 to 3 working days from confirmation of your order for delivery within the UK.
International orders please allow up to 14 days for delivery We will always endeavor to beat these timescales.
Unfortunately as we use Royal Mail Tracked we are unable to specify an exact day or time for delivery.
In most instances Royal Mail will leave a card to let you know that they have tried to deliver your order. You will then need to arrange collection of the parcel from your local sorting office. If you do not arrange collection the goods will be returned to us. You will then have up to two weeks (from the date we receive the returned parcel) to contact us and arrange for the order to be re-delivered. If you do not contact us within the specified time, we will refund you for the goods.
If you are not completely satisfied with your new purchase! here's what to do...
Unworn/Unsuitable Goods If you are unhappy with your order, return it to us within 30 days and we will issue you with a full refund to the value of the goods or process an exchange. You need to pay the postage for the goods to come back to us, unless they are faulty or the incorrect goods received.
Unsuitable goods can only be returned in an unworn/unused state and must be sent back in their original box. Once your goods have been received and are accepted back into stock please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed.
If you have received a faulty or Incorrect Item (unworn) or not as ordered, please email email@example.com stating your order number and the nature of the problem.
When Returning Goods Please remember that the product(s) are your responsibility until the parcel has been received by us. You should get a proof of posting from the Post Office just in case your parcel goes missing, as we can’t help you if this happens.
